Defense and Conditioning have been a cornerstone of our basketball training program. By emphasizing conditioning training with our athletes on the court they are able to become more explosive, increase their vertical , become more aggressive defenders, finish through contact, and decrease their likelihood of injuries. Along with that as we know many games are decided in the final minutes. Perhaps most importantly our House of Hoop method gives teams and athletes an edge in their conditioning and mental toughness when it matters most.
